Gary’s layout is focused on Unit Coal and Merchandise trains with through traffic using eleven (11) staging yard tracks. Some local operations for coal origination and use are included. ABS (Automatic Block Signaling) using JMRI C&O logic. He has a double track mainline with 30º/32º typical mainline radius with easements and superelevated mainline curves.
